Recipe: Carrot Coriander Soup

Hello & Hallo,

I like a good soup — it feels light but still warming & filling. The best thing is that you can easily freeze them & then have the fastest, laziest weekday office lunch or a dinner when you can’t be bothered to cook.

Today I made Carrot & Coriander soup. I find this is one of the more summer-y hot soups…ideal for this cool June weather.

I like pilates but it is not my favourite class. I tend to find it a bit boring & not intense enough. But that is mat pilates! …what about its tougher sister: reformer pilates?!

I have tried this at several studios now & let me tell you: IT. IS. HARD.

As mentioned before — I LOVE porridge🥣 😋! It is warming, keeps you full for a long time & just makes me happy. Recently I have been playing with adding not just oats but other grains & flakes like quinoa, buckwheat & brown rice.

The Brown Rice & Oat Porridge with Tahini & Figs is my new favourite! It feels like such a treat & is the prefect start to the day!
